Forensic Kinesiology And The Claims Process

What is Kinesiology?

“A multi-disciplinary science encompassing four (4) primary areas of study: Anatomy, Biomechanics, Physiology, and Psychomotor Behaviour”. Kinesiology is a science that analyzes human movements. It enables one to breakdown all human tasks to individual movements, which will furthermore determine one's ability or lack of ability to perform certain tasks.

How can I benefit through the claims handling process?

Problem claim? Ongoing debate over settlement dollars?

Performing a Kinesthetic Analysis may reveal a claimant's lack of consistency in effort while comparing their movements to complaints and reported limitations as a result of an accident or workplace injury.

By completing a Kinesthetic Analysis of video documented activity, a certified Kinesiologist may conclude from a scientific standpoint, based upon the displayed musculoskeletal function of the claimant, inconsistencies and/or confirmation of the claimed level of disability.
